This programme helps participants better understand the challenges and the significant contributions of migrant workers within the agrifood sector<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you will learn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme provides practical tools to navigate laws, rights, and opportunities within rural and European contexts<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. No specific prior knowledge is required; what matters most is a willingness to engage with multidisciplinary topics<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laws and entirely online twice a week during the afternoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tools<\/strong>: You will have access to an e-learning platform for independent exercises, supported by specialist tutors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experiences<\/strong>: There will be opportunities to take part in local study visits in Sicily to see these practices in
