Agriculture is changing faster than many realise. Artificial intelligence, sensor technologies, blockchain and data processing are no longer tools reserved for large corporations: they are entering fields, supply chains and the everyday decisions of farms. Leading this transition calls for a new professional profile — the Agritech Manager.
Deep Tech opens new ways of addressing resource management, traceability and environmental sustainability in agriculture. Putting it into practice requires skills the labour market is still short of: technical, managerial and able to engage with the realities of the sector.
AGRITECH offers a free training programme designed to meet this need. Four weeks, two afternoon sessions per week (5:30–7:30 pm), fully online. The programme combines lessons, hands-on exercises on an e-learning platform, mentoring and an individual project, and closes with a final exam leading to an EQF-5 certification organised in micro-credentials.

- Module 5 — Data processing for smart agriculture

- Module 7 — Integration of Deep Tech for agriculture

The final week, 8–12 June, is devoted to the development of the capstone project, presented during a closing day held in person as a study visit.
Who it is for
The course is designed for young people and adults from different backgrounds: students, recent graduates, professionals and entrepreneurs. A foundation in agriculture, engineering, computer science or economics is useful but not required. What matters most is the willingness to work on multidisciplinary issues and to get involved.

AGRITECH – Alliance for Innovative Learning Environment in Advanced Agriculture through Technology and Management is an innovative initiative, funded by the ERASMUS-EDU-2024-PI-ALL-INNO programme, which aims to transform agricultural education by integrating Deep Tech techniques – including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Quantum Computing – into modern farming practices, with the goal of bridging key skills gaps in the agricultural sector and fostering a cutting-edge educational ecosystem that supports interdisciplinary learning.
