The PRIMACENTERS training course is designed for anyone looking to develop their skills and promote inclusion in the workplace. This programme helps participants better understand the challenges and the significant contributions of migrant workers within the agrifood sector.
What you will learn
The programme provides practical tools to navigate laws, rights, and opportunities within rural and European contexts. No specific prior knowledge is required; what matters most is a willingness to engage with multidisciplinary topics.
- Laws and Rights: Gain an understanding of the legislative framework regarding migration and how to apply these rules to foster inclusion.
- On-the-ground Integration: Identify the specific challenges faced by those working in the agricultural sector and learn the best practices to overcome them.
- Support and Guidance: Learn how to manage multicultural environments, resolve conflicts, and guide individuals through their career paths.
- The PRIMACENTERS Space: Discover how to effectively use the features of this dedicated resource hub.
Course Information
The course is completely free and runs for 4 weeks, starting from 11 June.
- Format: Lessons are held entirely online twice a week during the afternoon.
- Tools: You will have access to an e-learning platform for independent exercises, supported by specialist tutors.
- Experiences: There will be opportunities to take part in local study visits in Sicily to see these practices in action.
- Certification: Upon completion, a certificate will be issued to enhance your professional profile.
