Contribute to more sustainable vocational training with the GROWS platform

After developing a toolkit and various resources to raise awareness on the importance of proper waste management, the GROWS project is now launching its dedicated platform for the vocational education and training (VET) sector — and invites you to test it!

Active since 2023, GROWS aims to increase awareness and engagement in the VET sector regarding the importance of sustainable waste management and environmental protection. At the same time, it seeks to strengthen the skills of teachers and trainers in implementing educational activities focused on sustainability, with a particular emphasis on responsible waste management.

On the GROWS website, a Toolkit is already available, providing guidelines for developing an action plan to improve waste management within educational institutions. It also offers suggestions on how to integrate sustainability into teaching plans.

Recently, the project has also developed an e-learning platform specifically designed for VET teachers and students, making lesson plans accessible and facilitating the introduction of sustainable practices in vocational education and training.

How can you contribute to the project?

At this stage, GROWS needs the contribution of VET teachers and experts in the field of education to ensure that the E-learning platform aligns with the project’s objectives.

Explore the platform and give us your feedback – it only takes a few minutes!
