Sustainable Steps
Inclusive education and active participation, Social and community empowermentSustainable Steps aims to engage young people and educators in sustainable and inclusive practices to contribute to the development of skills and knowledge for a greener future. Through its activities, the project also aims to raise awareness of the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental.
ENSURE
Research and innovation, Social and community empowermentThe ENSURE project aims to enhance the skills and resilience of emergency responders, such as firefighters and search and rescue teams, in facing increasingly frequent challenges related to climate change, including wildfires, floods, and extreme weather events. ENSURE focuses on training and upskilling through an innovative approach based on the Quadruple Helix Innovation Model, integrating technology, cooperation, human resilience, and community engagement.
TRANSFORM
Entrepreneurship, local territory and sustainable developmentTRANSFORM aims to improve the skills of workers, employees and Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in the key sectors for the green and digital transition: energy, agri-food and tourism. It also aims to strengthen collaboration and promote the co-creation process between the public and private sectors, through a Living Lab approach to align training with the labour market.
GATE
Inclusive education and active participation, Research and innovationGATE project develops frameworks and tools to enhance sustainability competencies in students, teachers, and educational institutions. This includes creating assessment methods, training programs and certification systems to promote green skills and sustainable practices in schools. GATE aims to support the green transition by embedding sustainability into educational policies and environments, equipping all stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills.
